Dear colleagues and friends,

As always, we hope that you, and your families, are safe and well. Whilst these are challenging times, we do hope you are enjoying our now weekly newsletters showcasing some of the innovate and virtual ways you can keep up to date with Northern Ireland's famous culture, tourism, culinary expertise and literature. If you have missed the first two we now have a dedicated area of our website with links to all those published to date.

This week the team are delighted to bring you some ideas on creating famous Northern Ireland dishes from your very own home. There is also the chance to enjoy a virtual programme of readings from the Seamus Heaney HomePlace which includes some famous Northern Ireland poets, writers and playwrights, many of who you will recognise from previous performances and events in our office here in Brussels!

We hope you enjoy the below and remember that all of our officials are still contactable and working remotely, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Best Wishes,

Lynsey Moore, Director
