North Antrim’s Sexton Whiskey have created a delicious “Love it to Death“ whiskey cocktail, which we think is perfect for the long autumn evenings. Sexton Whiskey was developed by Alex Thomas, who is one of the few female master blenders in the whiskey industry on the island of Ireland. The recipe, available on the Food NI website, features the Sexton Single Salt Malt Whiskey which we hope will be a tasty accompaniment to this week’s events.
