You liked the Green & Blue 2019 performance at the Bozar, so will love the new Kabosh production by Laurence McKeown and directed by Paula McFetridge. The International Arts Festival from Derry continues their series of streamed concerts this Friday with Muziekpublique Showcase, a Belgian non-profit organisation which promotes traditional music from all cultures of the world. A pink cocktail for this weekend

Ingredients: 40ml Wild Atlantic Irish Gin - 20ml Infused Strawberry Wild Atlantic Irish Vodka - 15ml Sugar Syrup - Vanilla Infused Cream Top.

Garnish: Sprinkles and Strawberries
|
|
Method: Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a glass and garnish with strawberries and sugar rim.

The 2021 Pollan Season has begun. Pollan are found uniquely in Ireland! A healthy delicious white fish with high Omega-3 fatty acids that can be cooked within minutes! For those lucky to be in NI, the factory in Toomebridge is open. For those in Brussels, we will make sure to showcase, as we did in 2015, Lough Neagh’s finest produce and will have some delivered next season.
