Oh Yeah Music Centre showcases new EP

Each year the Oh Yeah Music Centre host a talent development programme called Scratch My Progress and the five new artists this year have written, recorded and released very different tracks. Despite not being able to perform for and receive the feedback from live audiences, the artists have pre-recorded performances which can be viewed on the Oh Yeah YouTube Channel.

The MAC and Prime Cut Productions have collaborated to co-produce and bring ‘Father the Father’ to the stage. This work is a debut play by Gilly Campbell which explores the themes of identity, secrecy, shame and legacy. “At once sad and hopeful, this is just one story from the dark ages of secrecy that surrounded ‘illegitimate’ children in Ireland.” Book your tickets for the premiere here.
