World Wellbeing Week

If the past year has highlighted one thing, it is the importance of looking after our health and wellbeing. We have gone through a lot of changes to our daily lives in a short period of time, and many of us have noticed the joy and benefits of simple things such as getting outside for some fresh air! As World Wellbeing Week has just ended, we would like to re-share our recent blog post for Mental Health Awareness Week which collated advice and pictures from members of our team here in Brussels and back home in Northern Ireland.
