On 17 March the Office of the Northern Ireland Executive in Brussels was pleased to host one of our favourite events, the annual Ulster Fry on St Patrick’s Day.
After a two-year hiatus we welcomed over 100 guests to our office again, although due to covid restrictions we held two sittings of the breakfast. Our guests were welcomed by Tom Reid, Northern Ireland, Deputy Secretary, International Relations and EU Exit, and our Director Lynsey Moore.
We were delighted to share this delicious culinary tradition with our colleagues in the EU institutions and member states, as well as regional and national contacts, and to be able to give our diaspora a taste of home.
